When the Universe Offers an Opportunity Seize that Fortuitous Energetic Possibility.  Let me tell you about how the most amazing series of synchronicities presented themselves to me in a unique and remarkable pattern, that allowed me to visit, close and move into a fantastic home within 30 days, from the moment I stepped through the door. Yes, I was visiting Zillow, because I knew in June my lease was up, it was time to leave Delray. Furthermore, the tenants who rent my home that I own in Pembroke Pines lease ended in June and they would move. So, I leisurely enjoyed looking at the homes in Brevard County, and didn’t want to get too attached since my home had to sell first BEFORE, I bought another home. How little I knew what the universe had in store for me.  There was one home that won my heart, I stared at the pics 2-3 times weekly. I’d imagine myself living there. How grand that would be. Truly it was hopeless, as I had fallen in LOVE. Really! Do people truly have bathrooms like that?  Having spoke with a realtor, I was very clear about the funds wouldn’t be available until much later. After I sold my home some 7 months down the road. Reluctantly she agreed to show 10-12 homes over a weekend. As she pointed out, “These homes will be sold by then. ““The market moves fast in this area.” Sarah said.  “Casa Belleza”, as I’ve named her was the last on the list, as it was the furthest south in the region. My heart was pounding, when we arrived, and I knew every detail of her finery: wood burning stove, reverse osmosis water, ½ acre of property, hurricane shutters… Each exquisite detail of all her rooms was ingrained in my mind. The listing agent even commented. “Well you certainly did your homework.”  I couldn’t bring myself to leave, the two realtors and Roxanne who had kindly offered to accompany me on the adventure, politely sat at the table as I lovingly caressed the features of “Casa Belleza”. Eventually I joined them at the table, and we talked. It was then that a vision came to me. I saw a large social gathering, not a boisterous spots party, but an elegant event  The healing energy was palatable it even surrounded us at the table. Gazing, I was mesmerized as I saw the participants of the event as they mingled. At that moment I KNEW that I was meant to live there, and that somehow this gorgeous home was one with my soul. How? It had been on the market for over a year, and I didn’t have that kind of cash, until I sold my home. Furthermore, the owner a widow, truly wasn’t ready to release the home or memories. Then the fantastic synchronicities and the magic began: 30 days from that pivotal day. Here is how the universe proceeded to present the occurrences. The director of nursing at my mom’s facility, Atria Willow Wood, gave me 45 days until mom would need to move out. I was shocked as she’s lived there for nearly 4 years. That date was mid-December. Who wants to move then? Axis Delray contacted me to inform me that my lease was up for renewal. What? No that’s not correct, I moved in the summer. The manager assured that the contract was going to end in November - 2019. 😊  Spirit suggested I write a letter to the owner Margot. My heart was weaved into the letter, explaining how I adored the home, and would take excellent care of it. Letting her know that each nook and cranny would be filled with family and loving memories. Later the listing agent and the owner went on to tell me that letter was a ‘tipping’ point in deciding to sell it to me. Upon visiting my home in Pembroke Pines, the current tenants were NOT comfortable with my request to power clean the exterior and hire a professional photographer. I said this would be in preparation for house being on the market. They requested to break the lease and offered to move out by December. Really?  Casa Belleza listing said that the owner would consider financing, with a 30% deposit. That was $90,000 I did not have! It was 10 days of negotiating the details/terms, at times Margot dug in her heels and became unreasonable. I even declared to Sarah, “That’s it … this is not going to work. I can’t do that.” At those moments was when I always felt her husband’s presence and that he wanted this for her. Then in a day or two she would come around and change her mind. I knew he had ‘spoken’ to her. In conclusion, Casa Belleza and I are very happily living together, with a bond that I believe will last a lifetime.
