“Honor” St. Germain As Heard by Lisa Rivers

Honor, holding something sacred, is the cornerstone of all situations and relationships. Honor for yourself and with yourself, I beseech you to live with the honor that is your birthright and who your truly are.  Honor the food you eat, the air your breath, the plant Earth that you call home. Honor yourself above all! Why is this you may ask? For you are divine and carry the spark of the creator in your heart. As such to honor all things is truly who you are. Today began a practice of honor, touch all aspects of your life with this discipline. Mentally ask yourself before you act, speak or decide. Is this action in honor, am I displaying integrity? Bring honor to the creator and all things.  If then, you can truly and wholeheartedly say yes! Proceed fearlessly, for you are without a doubt following the path of the divine walk.

Surely it will bring you great joy, peace and love. Within each moment, there is a space, a tiny breath to ask is this in honor? Is this truly a reflection of the greatness of the creator and the divine spark within me? Hold steadfast to this way of living. Do not be swayed by life’s circumstances. For there is no honor in doing an action out of obligation with no real emotion or love! If you are in the habit of sacrificing your higher good for others, whether it be family or friend. I say you are not in honor. Not in honor with yourself nor with the Divine.
Always bring all thoughts and actions back to the heart and honor the process.
